Abstract
The mental health of Mexican women was deeply affected during the covid-19 pandemic, so the use of various strategies has been investigated to reduce the negative impact of different conditions. The objective of this research was identify the benefits of meditation on the negative effects that depression, anxiety and stress cause on the mental health of Mexican women in the face of the covid-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional, non-experimental study and an online survey were carried out through a non-probabilistic (convenience sampling to obtain qualitative and quantitative data), using the information obtained from 324 Mexican women for validation. The results indicated that the women who began to practice this activity showed notable improvement.
